Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the team to meet goals, compliance, and departmental standards
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings to enhance team performance
- Analyze operational performance indicators and implement continuous improvement solutions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the healthcare field, especially Medicaid or Medicare, is preferred
