Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the team to meet goals, compliance, and departmental standards
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings to enhance team performance
  • Analyze operational performance indicators and implement continuous improvement solutions
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center environment
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with the healthcare field, especially Medicaid or Medicare, is preferred
