Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the customer care team to meet performance and compliance standards
  • Analyze data to improve team performance and monitor operational indicators
  • Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process for new team members
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare is preferred
