Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the customer care team to meet performance and compliance standards
- Analyze data to improve team performance and monitor operational indicators
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process for new team members
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare is preferred
