Job Summary
To deliver exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Care Team Lead will manage escalated inquiries and provide problem resolution through various communication channels while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and facilitate team huddles to enhance knowledge sharing
- Evaluate calls for quality audits, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with performance benchmarks
- Act as a mentor to team members and support the resolution of complex customer issues
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service work experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to handle complex customer interactions and de-escalate situations
- May require a license based on client support
