Job Summary

To deliver exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Care Team Lead will manage escalated inquiries and provide problem resolution through various communication channels while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and facilitate team huddles to enhance knowledge sharing
  • Evaluate calls for quality audits, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with performance benchmarks
  • Act as a mentor to team members and support the resolution of complex customer issues
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of customer service work experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Ability to handle complex customer interactions and de-escalate situations
  • May require a license based on client support
