Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and performance metrics to ensure goals are met
  • Handle customer escalations and low satisfaction surveys to improve service quality
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Care role or 5 years managing others
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with performance management and team development
