Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Trainer to prepare global Customer Care teams to support patients and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the full new-hire training program for patient and account support
- Coordinate and facilitate multiple training sessions using approved AI tools
- Create and maintain training content and document training in Workday Learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of training experience
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Workday Learning, and approved AI tools
- Must be based in the U.S
