Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Trainer to prepare global Customer Care teams to support patients and accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run the full new-hire training program for patient and account support
  • Coordinate and facilitate multiple training sessions using approved AI tools
  • Create and maintain training content and document training in Workday Learning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of training experience
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Workday Learning, and approved AI tools
  • Must be based in the U.S
