Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer & Category Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and deepen partnerships with key retailers through consumer insights and data analysis
- Drive customer category growth by identifying trends and leading performance optimization discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor category strategies for specific customer needs
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, sales planning, or category management roles in the CPG industry
- Experience working within Kroger is preferred
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a results-driven attitude
- Proven ability in data management and insight building using sources like IRI and Nielsen
