Job Summary
Driving customer category growth, the full-time remote Customer Category Manager will manage key retailer partnerships by providing consumer insights and strategic positioning to enhance profitability and brand performance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure consumer insights and data analysis deliver actionable category solutions to grow the Ice Cream category
- Identify category trends and lead performance discussions with customers to optimize strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor 4 P strategies and drive category initiatives at retail accounts
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the CPG industry
- Experience in a large-scale retail environment with a focus on category management
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with a self-starter and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in data management and insight building using tools like IRI and Nielsen
