Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Communication Dispatch II Coordinator - Part Time/Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and ensure timely resolution of requests
- Monitor dispatch systems and communicate with field personnel to meet response times
- Perform administrative duties and assist field managers with various tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- 2 to 4 years of related experience preferred
- Prior dispatch or call taker experience is a plus
- Strong PC literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends
