Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Communications Loan Servicing Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare account reconciliations and various analyses supporting month end/quarter end financials
  • Ensure the integrity of accounting/financial data
  • Work on assignments that require judgement in resolving issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with Associates degree and/or 2-4 years of experience
  • Additional training or education in area of specialization
  • FSA Department of Education experience preferred
  • Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans
