Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of a customer community focused on AI in Customer Success, the full-time remote Manager, Customer Community and Education will lead programming, facilitate discussions, and create engaging content for CS practitioners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the community strategy and manage day-to-day operations on Circle, focusing on AI in Customer Success
- Design and deliver a programming calendar, including live webinars, on-demand courses, and cohort experiences
- Track community engagement metrics and report on program impact to inform future programming and outreach
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, customer education, or a related strategic role
- Proven experience in designing and delivering customer-facing programming, including certifications and webinars
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to engage a community of CS practitioners
- Data-oriented mindset with experience in building reports and interpreting engagement metrics
- Familiarity with community platforms (Circle preferred) and LMS or courseware tools
