Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or coordination role
- Comfort with digital tools like CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Exposure to customer onboarding or scheduling activities
- Training or coursework in customer service or process coordination is a plus
