Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through onboarding from signed agreement to successful go-live
  • Organize and track onboarding activities, ensuring account accuracy and proactive communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or coordination role
  • Comfort with digital tools like CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to customer onboarding or scheduling activities
  • Training or coursework in customer service or process coordination is a plus
