Job Summary

Providing essential support in a remote capacity, the full-time Customer Connections Representative will assist patients and families with registration, admission, and scheduling while ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures patient safety by verifying patient information and preparing necessary precautions for those with infectious diseases
• Assists patients, families, and staff with the accurate completion of registration and scheduling, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and ensures compliance with regulatory documentation and procedures
