Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective daily operations management, improve customer call quality and satisfaction, and optimize resource allocation
  • Develop and implement performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop staff, set objectives, and manage the departmental budget planning process
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum five (5) years of progressive management level experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in operational management
  • Proven customer service experience, with preference given to call center experience
