Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and educate customers on retirement plans through inbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries related to plan design, account information, and loan requests
- Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues
Required Qualifications
- College degree and 1+ years of customer service experience, or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
- Availability to work any shift between 7:30 am and 10 pm EST, Monday through Friday
- Bi-lingual candidates may qualify for a pay differential
