Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and educate customers on retirement plans through inbound calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to plan design, account information, and loan requests
  • Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues
Required Qualifications
  • College degree and 1+ years of customer service experience, or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
  • Availability to work any shift between 7:30 am and 10 pm EST, Monday through Friday
  • Bi-lingual candidates may qualify for a pay differential
