Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional service to customers regarding retirement products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and educate customers on retirement plans through inbound calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account information, loan requests, and overall plan design
  • Strive for first call resolution while navigating multiple systems to address customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Availability to work any shift within Monday to Friday operating hours of 7:30 am - 10 pm EST
  • Bi-lingual candidates may qualify for a pay differential
