Job Summary
Providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment, the full-time Customer Contact Center Representative will engage with customers through inbound calls to educate them on retirement plans and address inquiries related to 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement products, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers by effectively communicating and assisting with retirement plan inquiries
- Strive for first call resolution while navigating multiple systems to address customer needs and issues
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance service delivery and career growth
Required qualifications:
- College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and handle objections effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
- Flexibility and adaptability to learn new concepts in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work any shift between 7:30 AM and 10 PM EST, Monday through Friday
