Required Qualifications:
  • College degree and 1+ year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial service industry is a bonus
  • Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and handle objections
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
  • Availability to work any shift within Monday through Friday operating hours
