Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative.

- Deliver outstanding customer experience through retirement financial advice and mentorship
Required Qualifications:
- College degree and 1+ year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial service industry is a bonus
- Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and handle objections
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
- Availability to work any shift within Monday through Friday operating hours
