Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer CPFR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline processes for operational efficiency between customer service and inventory management
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to address product availability and order fulfillment challenges
• Oversee inventory-related issues for customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in forecasting and customer service at a large retailer
• Experience working directly with Walmart demand planner/replenishment manager
• Proficiency in Retail Link, Scintilla/Luminate, and other inventory management systems
• Strong understanding of demand planning and forecasting processes
• Advanced user of MS Office Excel
