Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and analyze customer inquiries related to billing, collections, and account maintenance
  • Update and maintain customer account records and verify accuracy of information
  • Operate various systems related to Customer Service and adhere to company guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Basic math skills
  • 6 months of experience as a CSR-1 Customer Credit Representative
  • Ability to work overtime as required
