Job Summary
Responding to customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Credit Representative will manage inbound residential phone calls related to billing, collections, and account maintenance while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and analyze various customer inquiries, including billing, collections, and outages
- Update and maintain customer account records, ensuring accuracy of information
- Communicate professionally with customers and direct calls to appropriate work groups as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Six months of experience as a Customer Credit Representative meeting performance metrics
- Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills and ability to follow directions
