Job Summary

Responding to customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Credit Representative will manage inbound residential phone calls related to billing, collections, and account maintenance while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to and analyze various customer inquiries, including billing, collections, and outages
  • Update and maintain customer account records, ensuring accuracy of information
  • Communicate professionally with customers and direct calls to appropriate work groups as needed
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Six months of experience as a Customer Credit Representative meeting performance metrics
  • Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow directions
