Job Summary

Responding to residential customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Credit Representative will manage inbound calls related to billing, collections, and account maintenance while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to a variety of customer inquiries including billing, collections, and outages
• Update and maintain customer account records, ensuring accuracy of information
• Inform customers about company offerings and direct calls to appropriate work groups when necessary

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• 6 months of experience as a Customer Credit Representative meeting performance metrics
