Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Data Analyst I to maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data within CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, maintain, and cleanse customer master data
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, and Data Governance teams
- Support data integrations, system enhancements, and automation efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience
- Experience with CRM or customer master data
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
