Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Data Analyst I to maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data within CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, maintain, and cleanse customer master data
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, and Data Governance teams
Support data integrations, system enhancements, and automation efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience
Experience with CRM or customer master data
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work cross-functionally
