Customer Data Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with customers to unlock the full value of their data, the full-time remote Customer Data Consultant will manage complex business inquiries, lead analytical engagements, and deliver actionable insights while building scalable solutions for frontline programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery conversations to understand business questions and execute custom data requests
• Lead the Business Value Analysis process to quantify program ROI and connect outcomes to measurable business impacts
• Guide technical onboarding and integration of enterprise customers, troubleshooting API integrations and architecting customized solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or business analysis, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases or data warehouses
• Experience building Business Value Analyses and ROI models that connect program data to business outcomes
• Proficiency in Python or R, with practical experience applying statistical methods to business problems
