Customer Data Platform Architect

Job Summary

To build a robust Customer Data Platform from the ground up, the full-time remote Customer Data Platform Architect will design and implement core data capabilities, establish a multi-tenant architecture, and ensure compliance within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build the CDP, focusing on data ingestion, identity resolution, and unified profiles
• Establish a multi-tenant architecture with data isolation for clients and states
• Build AI enrichment layers for customer data, including segmentation and predictive models

Required qualifications

• Experience building a CDP from scratch or significantly scaling one
• Proficiency in identity resolution and data engineering, including ingestion pipelines and reverse ETL
• Knowledge of machine learning applications for customer data, such as segmentation and recommendation approaches
• Experience with privacy compliance, including GDPR/CCPA and consent management
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and the martech ecosystem
