Customer Data Quality Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting customer setup and data management, the part-time Customer Data Quality Specialist will verify customer information, troubleshoot data-related issues, and manage multiple requests while working remotely for 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Establish customer roles in internal systems and verify customer information
- Contact customers to request additional information and confirm data accuracy
- Monitor and complete multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining data quality
Required qualifications
- 2.5+ years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or a similar support role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with data validation and maintaining data quality
- Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and issue resolution
- Experience in logistics, customer support, or IT is preferred
