Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform triage, root cause analysis, and corrections to data issues reported by internal resources
  • Coordinate fixes or improvements to data issues across multiple departments
  • Develop and communicate action plans for outstanding data issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a technical role
  • Proficient knowledge in both EDI and Payroll Processes
