Job Summary
Generating and quality-checking reports, the full-time Customer Data Specialist will ensure timely and accurate data delivery to customers while processing data requests and managing cases in Salesforce, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and quality-check internal and external reports for accurate data delivery
- Process standard customer data requests and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
- Manage and address customer inquiries and cases in Salesforce, providing effective solutions
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, particularly in handling inquiries and delivering quality service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on customer needs and deadlines
