Customer Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Delivery Manager responsible for leading client launch activities and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of customers, including project management and system set-up
• Set-up and conduct meetings with internal and external teams to progress projects
• Oversee and address support and technical issues during the launch period

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
• Knowledge of customer-facing practices and experience with Enterprise customers
• Experience configuring and maintaining system knowledge
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and project management tools
• Project management experience is an advantage
