Job Summary
To support customer success in a remote environment, the full-time Associate Customer Delivery Manager will provide product and technical guidance for SaaS solutions, manage project delivery, and facilitate customer onboarding and training.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple medium deliveries and assist with complex global SaaS API integrations and UI implementations
- Create and oversee work plans to ensure timely and quality delivery of contractually defined implementations
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related implementation and product delivery issues
Required qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree or Technical/Vocational Degree
- 1+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, SaaS Implementation, or Technical Account Manager
- 1+ years of customer software integration experience in the SaaS sector
- Solid understanding or hands-on experience with API integrations
