Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Development Analyst to support its growing portfolio for Ulta.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Ulta Customer Development team and cross-functional partners to achieve annual performance goals
  • Analyze sales trends and develop insights to enhance business performance for Maesa and key retailers
  • Manage new item setups, promotional calendars, sales trackers, and assortment management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or Finance related field
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred, particularly in analytics or related roles
  • Experience with Ulta or in merchandising, retail, or buying is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
  • A passion for the beauty industry and consumer trends
