Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Development Analyst to support its growing portfolio for Ulta.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Ulta Customer Development team and cross-functional partners to achieve annual performance goals
- Analyze sales trends and develop insights to enhance business performance for Maesa and key retailers
- Manage new item setups, promotional calendars, sales trackers, and assortment management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or Finance related field
- 2-4 years of experience preferred, particularly in analytics or related roles
- Experience with Ulta or in merchandising, retail, or buying is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
- A passion for the beauty industry and consumer trends
