Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Development Lead, Buyer Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and activate high-value buyers across various retail segments
- Own executive relationships with strategic buyers and develop account-specific growth plans
- Channel buyer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions and improve market awareness
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in CPG sales, business development, or account management
- Experience managing alternative channels for a CPG brand or in retail buying/merchandising roles
- Proven success in building retail partnerships and growing existing relationships
- Deep understanding of off-price, value, and grocery retailers' inventory evaluation
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines
