Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Development Executive to manage and expand existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship for a book of existing customers
- Drive expansion opportunities by identifying upsell and cross-sell needs
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to align on strategic account plans and customer objectives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in account executive, customer success, or renewal-focused quota carrying sales roles
- Proven history to meet or exceed expansion and renewal targets
- High emotional intelligence (EQ); skilled at building trust and handling objections diplomatically
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to leverage customer data and product usage insights
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent)
