Customer Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for TikTok Shop, the remote Customer Development Manager will drive revenue growth, manage cross-functional partnerships, and oversee channel performance while optimizing processes for long-term brand equity.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage external TikTok and agency partners while optimizing the TikTok Shop calendar
• Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement solutions to accelerate growth
• Build and maintain a TikTok Shop playbook, presenting strategies and opportunities to leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of consulting or Consumer-Packaged Goods experience
• eCommerce experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with forecasting, inventory management, and budget optimization
