Job Summary

To drive sales and foster strategic relationships, the full-time remote Customer Development Manager will manage sales activities for specific brands at Target and HEB, focusing on growth, budget accuracy, and customer joint business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers
  • Deliver on growth targets and manage trade budgets effectively
  • Execute sales strategies that enhance product distribution and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years managing large customers
  • Sales experience in the grocery, drug, and/or mass retail channels
  • Experience in consumer goods, particularly vitamins and supplements
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
