Job Summary
Managing sales activities for key accounts in the Northeast, the full-time Customer Development Manager will execute brand growth strategies, maintain customer relationships, and drive new product distribution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver target budget plans and execute brand and category growth strategies aligned with customer objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic sales plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage daily business operations, including logistics, inventory management, and contract management with key accounts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years managing large customers in the grocery sector
- Strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers at major retail accounts
- Sales experience in grocery, drug, or mass retail channels, particularly in consumer goods and nutritional supplements
- Experience using syndicated data to inform pricing and promotional strategies
