Job Summary

Responsible for managing sales activities for the BJ's account, the full-time Customer Development Manager will develop strategic relationships, execute brand growth strategies, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely in the New England region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships within BJ's portfolio, focusing on divisional wins
  • Execute brand and category growth strategies aligned with customer objectives and deliver budget plans
  • Manage daily business operations, including product setup, logistics, and sales forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years managing large customers
  • Strong relationships or experience with BJ's or similar retailers
  • Sales experience in grocery, drug, and/or mass retail channels required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced in P&L management
