Job Summary
To drive sales and foster strategic relationships, the full-time salaried Customer Development Manager will manage all sales activities for specific brands at Target and HEB while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships and deliver on growth and trade budget targets
- Execute selling activities and manage daily business operations in partnership with customers
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years managing large customers
- Sales experience in the Grocery, Drug, and/or Mass retail channels is required
- Experience in consumer goods, particularly vitamins and supplements, is highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
