Job Summary
Managing all sales-related activities for Costco, the remote Customer Development Manager will develop strategic relationships, execute brand growth strategies, and drive assortment decisions while focusing on achieving budget and distribution goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Costco and internal teams to drive sales success
- Execute brand and category growth strategies while managing daily business operations and logistics
- Identify new growth opportunities and create strategic sales plans in alignment with corporate goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years managing large customers
- Sales experience in grocery, drug, or mass retail channels required
- Understanding of Costco and the Club channel is essential
- Experience in consumer goods, particularly vitamins and supplements, is highly preferred
