Job Summary
Proactively engaging with customers, the full-time remote Customer Development Representative will drive revenue growth through outbound calls, emails, and texts, while managing sales opportunities and exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and business development
