Job Summary

Proactively engaging with customers, the full-time remote Customer Development Representative will drive revenue growth through outbound calls, emails, and texts, while managing sales opportunities and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges
  • Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and business development
