Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Education Manager to lead and develop its customer learning ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, design, and execution of the customer education program, including curriculum and digital learning experiences
- Lead and mentor a team of customer education specialists to deliver various training formats
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of training assets and establish education standards for quality and consistency
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in customer education, training, or instructional design within SaaS or enterprise software
- 2-3+ years of leadership experience in coaching and managing education teams
- Proven success in building and managing customer education programs or structured certification environments
- Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms and modern education technologies
- Familiarity with eDiscovery, legal tech, or AI-enabled tools is preferred
