Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Education Manager to lead and develop its customer learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, design, and execution of the customer education program, including curriculum and digital learning experiences
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer education specialists to deliver various training formats
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of training assets and establish education standards for quality and consistency
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer education, training, or instructional design within SaaS or enterprise software
  • 2-3+ years of leadership experience in coaching and managing education teams
  • Proven success in building and managing customer education programs or structured certification environments
  • Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms and modern education technologies
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery, legal tech, or AI-enabled tools is preferred
