Job Summary

- Design and build short courses and certifications to drive product usage and customer value

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or customer education
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems
- Hands-on experience with instructional design or authoring tools
- Experience with video creation or management tools is preferred
