Job Summary
Managing a team of Technical Writers and Learning Consultants, the full-time remote Customer Education Manager will oversee the creation of engaging technical documentation and training courses, ensuring customers effectively utilize software products while maximizing content impact.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the customer education team, ensuring timely content delivery across multiple products
- Research and implement best-in-class technology tools for efficient content delivery and optimization
- Coach and mentor team members, focusing on individual development and employee satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Instructional Designer
- 3+ years of proven people management experience
- Experience with Jira, Sharepoint, and Salesforce; familiarity with MadCap Flare and Videate is a plus
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI and emerging technologies in work processes
