Job Summary

Managing a team of Technical Writers and Learning Consultants, the full-time remote Customer Education Manager will oversee the creation of engaging technical documentation and training courses, ensuring customers effectively utilize software products while maximizing content impact.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the customer education team, ensuring timely content delivery across multiple products
  • Research and implement best-in-class technology tools for efficient content delivery and optimization
  • Coach and mentor team members, focusing on individual development and employee satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Instructional Designer
  • 3+ years of proven people management experience
  • Experience with Jira, Sharepoint, and Salesforce; familiarity with MadCap Flare and Videate is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI and emerging technologies in work processes
