To support enterprise customers in adopting new products, the full-time Customer Education Program Manager will develop and operationalize education programs, translate complex product information into actionable guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and scale repeatable education programs for new product launches and updates
  • Translate complex product information into practical use cases, demos, and adoption guidance
  • Gather customer signals and feedback to continuously improve educational programs
Required qualifications
  • Experience creating customer-facing product education and enablement resources
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills
  • Proven program management experience driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong product synthesis skills to transform technical concepts into actionable guidance
  • Experience partnering effectively with Product and Marketing teams
