Job Summary
Owning and evolving the live education strategy, the full-time remote Customer Education Specialist will design and facilitate engaging learning experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Design and improve live education programs, including Office Hours and Bootcamp
- Represent Givebutter at webinars, workshops, and speaking engagements
- Analyze data to enhance customer engagement with educational resources
Required qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in customer education, customer success, or related roles within SaaS
- Experience in designing and facilitating live trainings for diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and cohort-based learning models
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear learning experiences
