Job Summary

As a remote Customer Enablement Lead, the full-time position will develop and deliver training programs, create educational content, and support users through onboarding and live sessions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Become a product expert and evangelist, providing deep knowledge of the platform and best practices
  • Design and iterate on training programs and live sessions based on customer feedback and usage data
  • Create educational content such as video tutorials and guides to facilitate user onboarding and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Enablement, Education, Customer Success, or related fields
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training and enablement content
  • Confident communicator experienced in presenting on live streams and webinars
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness through adoption metrics
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, coding workflows, and technical integrations
