Job Summary
As a remote Customer Enablement Lead, the full-time position will develop and deliver training programs, create educational content, and support users through onboarding and live sessions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Become a product expert and evangelist, providing deep knowledge of the platform and best practices
- Design and iterate on training programs and live sessions based on customer feedback and usage data
- Create educational content such as video tutorials and guides to facilitate user onboarding and engagement
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Enablement, Education, Customer Success, or related fields
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training and enablement content
- Confident communicator experienced in presenting on live streams and webinars
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness through adoption metrics
- Strong understanding of AI tools, coding workflows, and technical integrations
