Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Manager to enhance customer education and adoption of its products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute customer enablement programs for onboarding and product adoption
  • Design and maintain repeatable customer journeys aligned with lifecycle stages
  • Develop and optimize knowledge base content and customer education materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, customer experience, or a related field preferred
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience in customer enablement or SaaS customer-facing roles
  • Proven experience in creating customer training content, including videos and documentation
  • Experience with knowledge base and self-service platforms, such as Zendesk
  • Strong understanding of SaaS customer adoption and self-service best practices
