Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Manager to enhance customer education and adoption of its products.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute customer enablement programs for onboarding and product adoption
- Design and maintain repeatable customer journeys aligned with lifecycle stages
- Develop and optimize knowledge base content and customer education materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, customer experience, or a related field preferred
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in customer enablement or SaaS customer-facing roles
- Proven experience in creating customer training content, including videos and documentation
- Experience with knowledge base and self-service platforms, such as Zendesk
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer adoption and self-service best practices
