Job Summary
To support revenue-generating teams, the full-time remote Customer Enablement Manager will design, execute, and continuously improve scalable enablement programs that equip staff with the necessary knowledge, skills, tools, and processes for effective sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic enablement initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Own end-to-end enablement programs, including planning, execution, and measurement of effectiveness through various training formats
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and influence enablement solutions across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5-7+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Strategy, or a similar role
- Proven experience in building training programs and supporting sales organizations
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with learning management systems and sales tools
