Job Summary
A company is looking for an Industry Customer Enablement Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the commercial success of learning and enablement offerings across 3-5 enterprise accounts
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever for customer adoption and expansion
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs, including diagnostics and execution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or technical enablement, customer success operations, or project management
- Proven track record of selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts
- Deep understanding of the enterprise landscape and cultural nuances in customer engagement
- Strong background in program management and learning & development design
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and gain buy-in for training initiatives
