Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Enablement & Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers by guiding them through the implementation journey tailored to their unique needs
  • Design and lead engaging virtual training sessions for dental teams to enhance knowledge retention
  • Identify and propose solutions for friction points in the onboarding and training processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS onboarding or customer success
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience leading virtual trainings or presentations for small-to-medium-sized teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
