Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain Help Center articles and product documentation
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers on feature launches and program rollouts
  • Manage the support inbox and troubleshoot customer issues

  • Ability to learn new features quickly for internal and customer-facing enablement
  • Experience in creating educational content such as videos and guides
