Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Help Center articles and product documentation
- Partner with Customer Success Managers on feature launches and program rollouts
- Manage the support inbox and troubleshoot customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with relevant experience
- Ability to learn new features quickly for internal and customer-facing enablement
- Experience in creating educational content such as videos and guides
- Familiarity with software development and customer support processes
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
